Pre-employment
condition regarding BST1 & BST2 Training and/or applicants
who
have a
BC Security Employee License:
When
working for our Clients, ProSec Services Security Agents have a
considerable amount of
RESPONSIBILITY.
To avoid LIABILITY ISSUES and to
eliminate or minimize
the risk of workplace violence all
applicants including candidates who have completed the BST1 & BST2 course at a different
school and Licensed Security Employees are required to:
1) Understand ProSec Services CONTRACTUAL RELATIONS that exists between our CLIENTS,
PROSEC SERVICES
AND OUR SECURITY
AGENTS
2)
Have a good knowledge of LEGAL MATTERS
pertaining to Criminal & Civil Liability Issues
3)
Understand the "DO'S and DON'TS" pertaining to
the Use of Force when working as a
Security Guard
4)
Understand and apply professionally Conflict Resolutions
Skills when required to do so
5)
Understand and apply, if
required, Personal
Safety Skills if being attacked by an assailant
6)
Have EXCELLENT VERBAL & WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
SKILLS to write out reports and to
communicate effectively
in the English Language
Therefore, applicants who are applying for a "Level 1 SA
position are required as part
of a pre-employment
condition to complete the
Level 1 SA Program
Applicants who are applying for a "Level 3" SA position are required
as part of a
pre-employment condition to complete the
Level 3 SA Program
Please note:
There are
NO FEES
charged for the "Level 1" SA training, providing applicants are
willing/able
to
sign an
employment & training agreement
with ProSec Services
All "Level 1" SA training will take place
while working and earning wages,
provided applicant
have
successfully completed first the BST1 & BST2 course
and
are in possession of a valid BC
Security Employee License
