S.D.T. Academy employs Three Intertwined Copyrighted Training Systems when instructing Safety & Security Programs:  

	Peace Officer's Combat Training Systems (P.O.C.T.S.) ©;
	Security and Personal Protection Training Systems (S.P.P.T.S.) ©;
	Shu-Bi-Do Martial Arts Training Systems ©.

The Founder, Director, and Chief Instructor of the Academy, Dieter W. Karpf, developed the above three (3) Training Systems
by drawing on his extensive experience as a:

	Retired Sworn Peace Officer and Deputy Sheriff for the Province of British Columbia;
	"POLICE SAFETY SYSTEM" certified Control Tactics Senior Instructor comprising the following areas: Arrest and Control Applications; O. C. Pepper Spray; ASP Baton Instructor
	Handgun Instructor Certified by the Justice Institute of B.C. (Police Academy).
	Approved BST1 and BST2 Security Training Instructor by the Registrar of Security Programs Division,  Ministry of Attorney   General, and the Justice Institute of B.C.;
	"Nidan" Martial Arts Black Belt practitioner and Instructor.

Assisting Dieter W. Karpf in developing the Academy's Programs and Seminars is a Technical Advisory Committee.
This committee consists of Professionals employed in the Criminal Justice, Medical, Fire, Private Security and Automotive
Industries from Canada, the United States of America, and Europe.
